Event Hoster is a full service events agency skilled in organizing virtual events and in-person events. These events are conducted by Event Hoster as a full service events agency. In such a case you don’t have to care about the details: just show up and Event Hoster will do the rest. Perfect for business events having 50 to 200 attendees.
If you are planning to organize an in-person event in Germany yourself and you lack certain equipment, people, or services, Event Hoster can provide the missing equipment or services.
Who is behind Event Hoster?
Event Hoster is provided by a team of experienced skilled events managers making sure that we’ll meet your demands. For any services provided you will receive proper upfront documentation and a specific events manager assigned. The services are provided by Gateflow, an incorporated company in Frankfurt (Germany). For any payment made you will receive proper billing records.
Are you having a tight deadline and/or budget?
The Event Hoster services are made for small and medium sizes businesses. We’re used to working on tight deadlines and are committed to work within a budget range. Event Hoster will provide the desired services for a fixed price which has been agreed upon in advance. You only pay for the services you requested. Payments for the services have to be made upon ordering. Our customers typically buy the selected services online (simply select them from the shopping cart). You can also request a formal proposal there and pay the invoice amount shortly after the proposal was confirmed/accepted by both parties.
How many time do you need to provide event services?
